Dr. Aly Kanani is a Certified Specialist in Orthodontics who has cared for patients in Surrey and across the Lower Mainland for many years. He studied Physiology at McGill University, completed graduate studies at the London School of Economics, earned his DMD and a master’s degree in education at the University of Pennsylvania, and completed specialty training in orthodontics at the University of Detroit Mercy. Dr. Kanani has also taught clinical orthodontics at the University of British Columbia and provides orthodontic care for children, teens and adults using braces, clear aligners and other treatment approaches.
Dr. Aida Mesbahi is a Certified Specialist in Orthodontics with additional advanced training in paediatric dentistry. She completed her orthodontic specialty training at the University of British Columbia and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. Her academic background also includes paediatric dentistry training through King’s College London and a PhD in Oral Health Promotion from UBC, supporting an evidence-based approach to orthodontic care for growing children, adolescents and adults.
